Mental health activities in Vinnytsia for people experiencing war-related PTSD
Description
At Gsgi-Family, we believe in the power of community, creativity, and compassion. At the Kherson Hub, MSF health promoter Nataliia Seleznova leads a breathing exercise to close a crafts session with displaced adults from Kherson. These moments offer more than artistic expression—they provide space for emotional relief and human connection.
Each week, participants engage in different creative activities, like making traditional Ukrainian Easter pottery. During the sessions, the MSF team also speaks with individuals one-on-one, offering emotional support and building trust.
This scene, captured by media.msf.org, reminds us that healing isn’t only medical—it’s also about being seen, heard, and supported.
